In 2012, Michael Lavocah created a new genre of tango writing with the book Tango Stories: Musical Secrets, the dancer’s guide to tango music. The book was published in German in 2013, with both language versions running into second editions in paperback. Further translations appeared in Spanish (2015), French (2016) and Korean (2023), and a Turkish version is in preparation.
